» How do I stop the SMS Alerts?
Just sms STOP <Keyword> to 099001 45368. Example, to stop receiving Cricket updates, sms STOP CRI to 099001 45368. You'll stop receiving Cricket match, trivia updates.
» What is the cost of your service?
You pay the SMS cost for sending the START / STOP sms. That's all. The rest of the updates are all free.
» Free? I am not convinced. There must be some hidden cost?
There are NO costs to you. Rest assured.
» Do you have any restrictions on who can subscribe to your services?
Currently our services are available for Indian residents only. Within India, it does not matter which mobile service provider you use or where you are. If you have any issues subscribing to our service, call us at 022-66628000 or email us at feedback@mytoday.com for assistance.

» How can I see your previous messages - can I browse through your SMS Archives?
The archive of SMS-es we send out to you are available at MyToday SMS - our GPRS Portal.
» What about Privacy? Or do you share my number with others?
